Delivery: All equipment ordered is delivered by the engineer at time of installation. Cancellations: You may cancel your order by giving us notification of cancellation of your installation up to 72 hours before the time of your installation. A £50 admin charge will be
deducted from your deposit if cancellation is after this period. A 50% Deposit is required to secure your date of installation. No refunds or returns are permitted once the system is is fully installed All equipmentis covered with a one years manufacturers
warranty and will be exchanged or repaired for no charge within this timeframe if becomes faulty. Privacy: Alco Security does not currently store any credit/debit card or financial details. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
